About the King of Basturma

King of Basturma was founded by Abbas Hachem, a Lebanese immigrant with over 25 years of experience in making a variety of Lebanese delicacy meats, including makanek, sujuk, and his, now famous, basturma!

Keeping in line with the Lebanese tradition of building community through breaking bread together, Abbas has expanded King of Basturma's range of offerings to include traditional Lebanese cuisine, such as freshly baked fatayer and manakeesh.
